A reference index for procurement and negotiation benchmarks
The Benchmark Register catalogues the families of price, cost, rate, and contract-term references that professionals use to anchor and validate a negotiating position. It is a methodological index: it names the sources and how they are used, so that any figure entering a negotiation carries a documented provenance.
The Register does not publish live figures on this site. Case-specific ranges are established within licensed preparation engagements from the evidence gathered for each negotiation, and are corroborated against at least two independent references before use.
